Cancellations

We accept cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the product has already been shipped, cancellation of the order is no longer possible.

Order Cancellations

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, a fee of £1.50 will be charged. If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a support ticket via "Contact Us." Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but before shipping will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations will not be accepted if the order has already been shipped.

Exchanges

If an exchange is not possible, you can return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns on all items except final sale items and lingerie. Customers have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it.

To request a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. BundleWear requires a receipt or proof of purchase for the return. We will return the item to the manufacturer.

Shipping: The original shipping cost (£5) is non-refundable.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost (£10).

Return Processing, Storage, and Repackaging Fees: For each returned item, we charge a 30% fee for processing, storage, and repackaging. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the item received is damaged or incorrectly delivered due to our fault, the consumer is not responsible for any shipping costs.

Refund (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit it to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refund (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear. Then, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some time to process. If you have completed all of the above steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@bundlewear.com.
