Cooling Seamless Shapewear Bodysuit — Tummy Control & Booty Lift
Most shaping pieces fail for the same reason: you wear them once, then they roll at the leg, dig under the arm, or take four minutes to get out of in a toilet cubicle. This bodysuit is built around those three failures rather than around how tight it can go.

It is one piece from shoulder to mid-thigh. A V-neck front with moulded cups and adjustable straps replaces your bra. A compression body with a shaped tummy panel and mesh side insets replaces your waist trainer. A shorts leg with a silicone dot-grip hem replaces your shaping shorts. Under a dress it reads as one smooth line rather than four overlapping edges.

One piece instead of four
Layering a bra, a waist cincher, shaping shorts and underwear under a fitted dress gives you four waistbands and four chances of a visible ridge. This bodysuit is a single continuous surface. The cups are moulded into the front panel, so there is no bra edge across the ribcage. The leg finishes mid-thigh with a bonded hem instead of elastic, so there is no cuff line to show through jersey or satin.

- Built-in cups. Moulded 3D cups shaped into the bodice, with adjustable straps and a V-neckline that stays clear of most necklines above it.
- Compression body. A firm knit that holds the waist and lower tummy rather than squeezing the ribs, so you can still breathe and sit through a long dinner.
- Shorts leg. Mid-thigh length, cut to sit under dresses and skirts without riding up.
- Drop-seat opening. The gusset opens at the base, so you do not have to undress to use a bathroom.

Where the shaping actually happens
The compression is not uniform. It is zoned, which is why the piece can be firm at the waist and still comfortable across the back and bust.

- Waist and lower tummy. A W-shaped lift band sits across the lower abdomen, with a second compression matrix below it. Together they hold the soft part of the tummy flat rather than pushing it upward.
- Waist sides. Breathable mesh insets run down each side. They are the reason the piece does not feel like a wrapped band — air moves where you sweat most.
- Front and back panels. Flexi-boning runs vertically through the front, which is what stops the bodice collapsing into folds when you sit. A crossed X-back spreads the tension across the shoulder blades instead of pulling on two narrow points.
- Rear. A shaped panel with a curved seam lifts and rounds rather than flattening, so the shorts leg does not read as a girdle from behind.

The details that decide whether you wear it again
A shaping bodysuit is only worth owning if the friction points are solved. These are the ones that matter.

- Dot-grip hem. Silicone dots are bonded along the inside of each leg opening, so the hem grips the thigh instead of rolling up as you walk.
- Anti-curl edge. The leg and neckline are finished with micro-glue bonding rather than a stitched elastic band — flatter against the body, and no ridge to press through a thin fabric.
- Cool-touch knit. The main body is a fine, perforated knit with a cool hand-feel and a mesh structure that moves air. It is designed to be worn under clothing in warm rooms, not as a winter layer.
- Adjustable straps. Both straps adjust at the front, so you can raise or lower the neckline without changing the body fit.
- Longer gusset. The crotch panel is cut 6.3 cm deep in a modal blend, which is what makes the drop-seat opening sit in the right place rather than pulling.

Size guide

This style is made in XS to 3XL across three colours. Measurements for each size have not been published for this style, so they are marked as not published below rather than estimated — a guessed size chart is worse than none, because it leads to a bodysuit that either rolls at the leg or will not close.
| Size | Bust | Waist | Hip |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 28-34 | 25-31 | 35-38 |
| S | 34-37 | 31-34 | 39-41 |
| M | 38-41 | 34-36 | 41-43 |
| L | 41-43 | 37-39 | 44-46 |
| XL | 44-46 | 39-42 | 46-48 |
| 2XL | 47-49 | 42-45 | 49-51 |
| 3XL | 50-52 | 45-47 | 52-54 |
How to choose without a chart. Go by the size you normally take in a fitted top rather than the size you take in a loose one, and if you are between two sizes take the larger. Compression knit has very little give at the seam, and a bodysuit that is one size small will roll at the leg and pull at the gusset long before it feels snug. If you are unsure, message us before ordering with your usual dress size and we will confirm.

How to wear it
Under clothing it is underwear: put it on before your outfit, and let the shorts leg sit flat against the thigh before you pull a dress over it. The V-neck sits low enough to disappear under most necklines, and the straps adjust so you can drop it further if a dress needs it.

Worn out, it reads as a fitted one-piece. In black it works as a base layer under an open shirt or a blazer; in the pale blue and the nude it reads as a swim-style bodysuit with a skirt or wide trousers over the top. The shorts leg is what makes this possible — a high-cut bodysuit cannot be worn as outerwear, a mid-thigh one can.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to take it off to use the bathroom? No. The gusset opens at the base — the drop-seat design is the reason the crotch panel is cut deeper than usual.

Does it have an underwire? No. The bust is held by moulded 3D cups built into the bodice, with adjustable straps carrying the tension.

Will the legs roll up? The hem is finished with silicone dot-grip and a bonded edge rather than an elastic cuff. It is designed not to roll, and it works best when the leg is pulled fully down to mid-thigh before you dress over it.

Can I wear it under a tight dress? Yes — that is what the seamless, bonded finish is for. There are no stitched hems at the leg or neckline to print through fabric.

Is it hot? The body is a perforated cool-touch knit with mesh side panels, built for warm rooms. It is not a thermal garment.

Can I wear it as a top? Yes, in all three colours. The mid-thigh shorts leg is what makes it work as outerwear rather than only as underwear.

Shipping and returns
Orders are dispatched with tracking, and the tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. For hygiene reasons, intimate shaping pieces can only be returned unworn and unwashed with the tags and packaging intact, within the window set out in our returns policy. If you are between sizes, ask us before you order rather than after.
