Cancellations
We accept cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If the product has already been shipped, cancellation of the order is no longer possible.
Order Cancellations
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, a fee of £1.50 will be charged. If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a support ticket via "Contact Us." Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but before shipping will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations will not be accepted if the order has already been shipped.
Exchanges
If an exchange is not possible, you can return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns on all items except final sale items and lingerie. Customers have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it.
To request a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. BundleWear requires a receipt or proof of purchase for the return. We will return the item to the manufacturer.
Shipping: The original shipping cost (£5) is non-refundable.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost (£10).
Return Processing, Storage, and Repackaging Fees: For each returned item, we charge a 30% fee for processing, storage, and repackaging. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the item received is damaged or incorrectly delivered due to our fault, the consumer is not responsible for any shipping costs.
Refund (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit it to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank account.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to appear. Then, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some time to process. If you have completed all of the above steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@bundlewear.com.

Two pieces that were designed to be worn together but work separately. The shirt is a washed olive work overshirt with a point collar and twin flap chest pockets. The trousers are black, pleated at the front, cut wide through the leg with a soft break at the shoe. Together they read as one deliberate outfit rather than a shirt and a pair of trousers that happen to match.
The colour pairing is the whole point: army green against black is a hard combination to get wrong, because both colours are flat and matte, and neither competes with the other. Nothing here is shiny.
What is in the set

The shirt
The shirt is the piece with the most visible detail, so it is worth knowing what you are looking at.
- Point collar. A standard spread that holds its shape open at the neck and also closes cleanly under a jacket.
- Twin chest pockets with flaps. Both pockets sit slightly proud of the body, with pointed flaps and a single button each. They are stitched, not bonded, so the edges stay crisp.
- Button-through placket. A full front placket with dark buttons, so the shirt closes to the collar without a gap.
- Long sleeve with a buttoned cuff. Cut full enough to roll twice and stay above the elbow, which is how it is worn in the photographs.
- Washed matte finish. The fabric has a soft, dry surface with a light rumple and no sheen. It does not look pressed, and it is not meant to.
The trousers
- Front pleats. A single pleat on each side gives volume through the hip without adding width at the waist, which is what makes a wide leg hang straight instead of ballooning.
- Wide straight leg. Cut full from hip to hem with a clean break at the shoe — not tapered, not flared.
- Structured waistband. A full waistband with belt loops, so a belt sits properly if you wear one.
- Black, matte. The same flat finish as the shirt, which is why the two pieces work as a set.

Reading the numbers. The shirt is a relaxed workwear cut, not a slim fit: 52 cm across the shoulders at M and 108 cm around the chest means it sits away from the body and layers over a tee. If you normally wear a slim-fit shirt in medium and want a closer fit, size down. Trouser measurements are not published, so if the waist is the deciding factor, message us before ordering with the waist you normally buy and we will confirm.
How to wear it
Worn as a set, the shirt goes in at the waist with the sleeve rolled twice — that is the proportion the outfit is built around, and it keeps the wide leg from looking bottom-heavy. With the shirt left out, the pleats do the work and the set reads looser and more casual.
Split the pieces and each one carries its own weight. The olive overshirt works over a white tee with dark denim; the black pleated trousers work with a plain knit or a short jacket. Neither piece only works as part of the pair.

Are the two pieces sold together or separately? Together. The size you choose applies to both the shirt and the trousers.
Is the shirt lined? No, it is a single-layer shirt, which is why it stays light and rumples rather than holding a stiff shape.
Can the trousers be worn with the shirt untucked? Yes. The wide leg and front pleats are cut to work either way, though the shirt is long enough that untucked it reads deliberately oversized rather than short.
Will the green fade? The shirt is a washed finish, so the colour is already soft and slightly uneven by design. It is not a deep, saturated green that needs protecting.
How do I choose a size? Use the chest circumference against a shirt you already own that fits the way you want this one to fit, then check the shoulder width, because the shoulders are the one measurement that cannot be altered.
Shipping and returns
Orders are dispatched with tracking, and the tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. If a size does not work, returns are accepted within the window set out in our returns policy, provided the pieces are unworn and the tags are intact. If you are between sizes, ask before you order rather than after.
