All measurements below are garment measurements taken flat, in centimetres and inches. They are not body measurements — for a chest circumference, double the chest width figure. This style is cut loose, so if you are between two sizes and want a closer fit, take the smaller one.

* XS and XXL are quoted by size grading. The supplier publishes measurements for S, M, L and XL only. XS and XXL are worked out from the published grading — every measurement steps up by a fixed increment across the range (2.5 cm on length and width, 1.5 cm on the shoulder and sleeve, 0.5 cm on the cuff) — so the two end sizes are a consistent continuation of the same block rather than separately published figures. Allow a small tolerance if you are ordering at the very top or bottom of the range.

Fit and how to wear it

• Cut: loose through the body and shoulder. Not a fitted coat.
• Length: hip length — top length runs from 67.5 cm (S) to 75 cm (XL).
• Layering: designed to be worn over a sweater or a midi dress; it will comfortably close over a chunky knit.
• Styling: wear it open over a long knit and wide trousers, or closed with slim jeans and boots.
• Hood: the hood stands on its own, so the trim frames the face without you having to hold it up.

Care

Follow the care label sewn inside the garment, and always check the label before washing or dry cleaning. As a general rule for a quilted, padded coat of this type: close the zip and any other fastenings before washing, wash cool and gently, do not wring or tumble dry, and reshape and dry flat away from direct heat. Brush the hood trim back into place after wear.

Is the Cream colourway a bright white?
No. The Cream colourway is a soft, warm white that reads closer to cream or ivory in daylight rather than a stark paper white. If you are matching it to something bright white, expect a softer tone.
